Meet the Chiropractor

Dr. Mason

Dr. Mason was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. A graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa, he also received his Bachelors in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

While attending Palmer he worked as a rehab intern in the clinics rehabilitation center helping rehabilitate soft tissue injuries and correcting soft tissue instabilities.

“I believe in looking at the overall function of the body and not just the spine”.

Muscles are attached to bones and vice versa, through Chiropractic adjustments I can correct misalignments, but neglecting the soft tissue that moves those bones only facilitates the subluxations to come back. He also completed a series of seminars that primarily focused on diagnosing and adjusting the joints in the arms and legs.

While attending Palmer he took part on a clinic abroad trip to the island of Bequia in the Caribbean where he and fellow classmates offered Chiropractic care to the island that had little to no healthcare.

In his spare time he is an avid runner completing 6 marathons across all 4 corners of the country, and hopes to complete his first Ultramarathon of 50 miles in the fall of 2016.
